How to take part

How a route gets matched

Listen and assess. What someone is good at, what they want, and what is actually in the way.
Remove practical barriers. Access, equipment, transport, communication, adjustments.
Match a real route. BUILD, WORK or SHAPE, whichever fits the person.
Sustain and progress. Reviews that ask whether it is still working, and what comes next.
Evidence what works. Record what happened and what we learned, and share it openly.

How we measure success

Success is what happens afterwards. We measure paid starts, earnings, retention, sustained trading, barriers removed and design changes.

Every result we publish comes with the method behind it and the limits of what it shows.

Four ways to get involved

Fund: an intervention, paid co-design, or evaluation.
Host: a venue, a trading pitch, a work or testing setting.
Employ: someone into a genuine paid role with proper adjustments.
Partner: by referring people, adding specialist expertise, or helping test the model.
